This is why Maggie offers Personal Training for teenagers in and around Poole and also further afield by email/video etc.
Predominately Maggie works with girls who are either struggling with their weight or teenage athletes looking for a speed, endurance, or strength advantage over their competitors. As you would expect sessions are tailored to the individual and will include exercise and nutrition.
Face to face sessions usually take place in the clients home however we make use of parks, beaches and other outdoor spaces as much as possible. As with all Maggie's sessions the emphasis is on fun, motivational training designed to get results fast.
